Staff was very informative about my procedure. Explained the process thoroughly and even called to follow up the day after to check in on how I was doing. Overall professional staffing & great treatment. My only minor complaint was no one really told me when I was going under anesthesia. It was more of a okay we’re putting the iV in & we’ll soon get started. I would’ve at least appreciated a heads up like “you’ll be going to sleep in a couple seconds” or something like that. But like I said minimal issue; everything else was great.
