I was a new patient and arrived thinking my teeth would be cleaned at the first appointment. The staff worked with me to get x-rays from prior dentist and had a cancellation later in the day that allowed me to have the first exam and cleaning both in the same day. I am grateful to have clean teeth and the office visit went smooth, after a rocky start.
