When it is an emergency, you don't always get to know the doctor very well. Depending on what brings you to the ER, you might not get to meet your doctor at all. Dr. Mark is exceptional. He is very caring, listens to what you have to say, and offers treatment without making you feel stupid. He is probably the best ER doctor I have ever experienced. He didn't seem rushed or bothered to spend a little time to ask the right questions. When you have a complicated medical condition and you end up at an ER you are unfamiliar with, it can be terrifying. He eased my nerves and I felt like I got the best care possible. He talked to me and not at me. He was very gentle and kind with me and I really needed that. More ER doctors should aspire to be like Dr. Mark. He is simply the very best!
