One feature of Dr Brady's practise is enabled by his employment at UBMD. It means that he trains some residents in the UB system. I not only like interacting with him but I also like interacting with his trainees. The 3-way interaction means I get to have 2 physicians evaluate my issues while one of them is also reviewing how well the one in training is doing looking at my issues. The trainee is on top of the issues, but the mentor helps the trainee learn from handling them. I get to watch the learning process and know I have been double checked.
