Dr Pagni performed full open heart bypass suergery on me when I was 34 now in 2025 i have had 2 more done but a different surgeon only bc he wasnt available. He was wonderful as i inly knew within 14 hours i was even having the surgeon and very suprised, nervous, and thought i was gonna die due to the severity of heart surgery that i needed. He did pretty much keep me sedated until i got to the OR i didmt have much time to panic due to being out...Next time I woke up was in open heart icu with him in my room checking on me although he kept me on a vent for several days...He saved my life...Would use him again if i need too...KY TOP DOC SURGEON
