Dr. Ibarra is the most kind doctor I have ever had. He saved my life when another doctor misdiagnosed me. With the right medication he prescribed I was able to become stable and now I lead a normal life. It bothers me that anyone would give him a bad review. He is a wonderful man and a very caring doctor!!!
