Dr. Nishida literally saved my life. This man gave me hope when I felt there was none. Before my surgery, Dr. Nishida told me I could survive, made me feel safe and used his incredible talents and skills to deliver on his promise. He checked on me during rounds every day and shared his care about my health and recovery. His positive outlook and upbeat personality continue to inspire me on my wellness journey, far beyond the transplant surgery. His bedside manner and attentiveness to my case made me feel like he was invested in my recovery. Dr. Nishida's tremendous skill and thoughtful care continue to help me thrive.
