I havre been going there with my Mom for almost a year and this the best place I ever been with her. The Doctor is so knowledgeable, he is so humble, to be honest, I never seen a Doctor as humble as Him. He took time to talk to my Mom, to talk to me and allowed us time to talk about the medications and side effects. Doctor THYS is really soft spoken, he is beyond NICE, KIND and more. My Mom and I do not like telehealth appointments, because going to the office is like going to see our family which we do not have here. He has the best team working with Him! They always answer the phone calls promptly, they have the greatest communication skills , they are very knowledgeable, they are very welcoming and today, , one of his staffs came out in waiting room just to hold my Mom hands and say hi with a smile. My Mom was so happy and loved. I really appreciate HER and that meant a lot for my Mom and I. I never had a problem with the Doctor for refills if it is time to be refilled. BEST
