A lot of dental practices make you wait, rush a painful/uncomfortable appointment, and nickel and dime you for services you may or may not need. It's an experience you don't enjoy but do it anyway because you feel like you have to. Then there is Dr. Navarro's practice. * Every appointment has started on time. * The care and service is outstanding. I used to be terrified of the dentist like so many others. I enter Navarro's office knowing I will be taken care of and cared for well. * Pricing is transparent and fair. Before performing any services, they present all the costs to you. From there, they let you choose which services you want/don't want. There's no guilt, shame, or pressure. It's about YOU and what YOU are comfortable with. * The entire staff is friendly-- from the reception team up front to Sergio Navarro himself. They make a point to get to know you and make you feel appreciated as a customer. If you're tired of "dreading the dentist," go here. You will not regret it.
