Based on my recent experience, I highly recommend Dr. Seth Pross if you need any ear surgery. When I first met Dr. Pross, he explained the risks and rewards very clearly and set my expectations. These expectations were spot on now that I review them post surgery. During the wait period for my surgery, when I had questions, Dr. Pross answered them promptly and even made time to meet with me. The surgery itself went off smoothly. On the day of the surgery, both Dr. Pross and the anesthetist, Dr. Greg Prakalapakorn came by and spoke to me and ensured that all my questions were answered. When I met Dr. Pross post-op, he took me through the surgery in detail, shared photographs and addressed post op concerns and again set expectations. I couldn't have asked for better care than what I have received. I highly recommend Dr. Pross.
