Dr. Lotterman is one of the most compassionate, patient, and understanding physicians I have ever encountered. He made us feel like we were the only patients in the entire hospital and was very clear and informative with helping us navigate end of life decisions that allowed my grandmother to pass away peacefully and with dignity. If only every family was lucky enough to have such level of care when their time comes.
