This was my first visit with Dr. Meltzer. He was very patient and listened carefully to me concerns. I am very pleased with him. However, this VA Heart system is NOT patient friendly. Because of my aphasia, reading-writing and speaking is difficult for me. Communication via MyChart isn't working for me. After many trys I have yet to enter a name and password.
