Dr. Shamsi he has given and continues to give my wife and I hope with our challenging stomach issues for many years. He does so through his creativity and resourcefulness in trying to explore all avenues until the right protocol is found. This takes patience, intelligence and a commitment to being available to patients as they progress through the process of treatment. Dr. Shamsi possesses and practices all of this. And as a biomedical science professor I respect that he also works hard to stay up-to-date on the latest medication and procedural research. His front desk staff always tried hard to fit us in as soon as possible and were responsive with prescription refills. Lastly, he has a very open, straightforward and honest style of communication, which we always appreciate. GI disorders are nuanced and multifactorial and he is the real deal when it comes to working on them.
