I've read the reviews about Dr. Katugaha being late to appointments and experienced that myself, but have come to expect that from in-person doctor appointments in this area. The demand for appointments generally is far outstripping availability and this issue is getting WORSE, not better. That being said, Dr. K is one of the most thorough, caring, brilliant doctors I have ever had the pleasure to use. She navigates complicated medical problems with confidence and insight, and is an excellent diagnostician. I am so glad I met and am in the care of Dr. K for my specific issue, and I recommend her highly!
