- relatively short wait time: checked in on the app once I arrived - easy check in process: online - new facility: very clean and tidy- wonderful and helpful staff - Dr. Dowell was extremely thorough and patient. One of the most knowledgeable providers I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Her nurse and staff were super friendly and helped me every step of the way. - All lab results updated 12-24hrs, as available, after appt, on the Vandy myhealth app, and quick follow up to discuss treatment options. - So thankful to have Dr Dowell and her staff on my medical team
