I have been under Dr. Loy’s care since undergoing chemo for rectal cancer. He does all my scopes and recently performed a TAMIS surgery to ressect tumor regrowth. I had been warned from other surgeons that recovery would be tough as I had received radiation. But Dr. Lou’s skill ensured a smooth and painless recovery. He is kind, caring and compassionate and I quite literally trust him with my life
