I’ve been with them only a month. So far everything has been good. There was a mixup on my first visit. The receptionist could’ve resolved it, but didn’t. They called me 2 days after sending my blood to the lab. That’s fast. So far they listen and try to do their best. Although after 3 visits, I still haven’t met Dr. Steel. That concerns me. Bare in mind, it’s a family clinic, but they deal with pain patients. I can tell by reading other comments, they’re probably needing pain meds, which is very serious for both the doctor and patient. It’s not something that can wait until the next day ! Some really have a legitimate need for medication, and some are simply looking for pills. Tempers can flare when someone is out, so take these bad reviews with a grain of salt. Doctors in general need to do better, but they also deal with some less than honorable patients too. I have also had need for medication. They usually can tell who has real need, but I know they’re being throttled by the DEA.
