Dr. Joerger was incredibly patient with my daughter and spent a lot of time listening to her symptoms. She did a great job building rapport with a kid who was really scared and nervous. As my daughter worriedly asked about an MRI and if it was similar to the treatment she's seen in superhero movies, Dr. Joerger was able to calmly reassure her. We left with a clear understanding of the treatment plan and confident we were in good hands. Her bedside manner with kids is excellent.
