I was referred to Dr. Chang from a fellow doctor when the thought that biologics may be the answer for me. Dr. Chang has always made me feel comfortable with taking a new approach to my healthcare because I was very apprehensive in taking the biologics route. She never made me feel rushed anytime I had questions or concerns. She is super quick to respond through the portal as well any time I reach out to her. I travel from Louisiana to New York to see her -- and have no intentions of finding another GI closer to home because I am so happy being in her care.
