Dr. Genato is my PCP and I went in for a 3. Month follow up visit. She meticulously check that all my medications are correct and also educate me regarding my diet and exercise regimen. She also discussed my bloodwork and explained to me each and every item. She also asked me if I have questions. I feel that she really care about my health and my well being. She makes me comfortable and assured me that I’m doing great. I can reach her through the patient portal and she answers right away. Refill requests are also actioned in a timely manner. Referrals are also great since she always referred me to great and caring doctors. She really gave time for me and listens about my complaints . I’m always excited to see her every time that I have an appointment with her.
