Dr Felcher is a sweetheart he answered my questions and took the time to explain everything in detail. I have opted to have a shot and go thru a second round of physical therapy to avoid surgery and see if my left shoulder will get better. His staff in the receiving area from his nurse are all very nice and attentive.
