Absolutely love Shawn, Mariam, Nester, Lydia, and Martin. The whole staff is so warm and friendly. Respond in < a day. Always make time for me in emergencies. I get a hug if I am feeling down. I travel extensively and they have bent over backward to help me navigate the complex health care system in US to save me money. I have been a loyal patient for over 20 years. Not to mention he is top 5 leaders in the city for HIV/Aids/Mens health-related issues. They are IMO the best practice in SF.
