Dr. Higuchi is an awesome Dr. I highly recommend him, I had a stroke and I am 100% satisfied with him being my Dr. He helped me and guided me to be 100% again. Thank you so much Dr. Higuchi. Honestly best Dr. In Kaiser Riverside for Nuerology.
