I have been to many psychiatrists and counselors over the years to help me with my depression and anxiety. I have never come across anyone who has helped me as much as Sheila has. She is an outstanding counselor and psychiatrist with insight and perspective that is unmatched by any other provider I have ever seen. She is also the most caring genuine provider that I’ve ever been to. She is excellent at managing medications and determining the best course of treatment for optimal mental health.
