I was exceptionally pleased with the care I received from Dr. Ruggio. She went over and above to help me recover quickly. She listened to my concerns and acted in a timely manner.As an RN I understand that some patients' requests are not able to be addressed by the physician due to legal constraints. And sometimes doctors don't explain that to patients.Or patients don't want to hear it.
