Dr. Solouki fit me in for an appointment on 4 p.m. the day before a holiday. Instead of doing that, she could have started her holiday early. She was thorough in her examination and explanation of my diagnosis. She literally drew a picture to explain to me what she saw on examination. She set out a course of treatment and broke it down step by step, making certain that I understood each option. Most important, I felt that she provided me with agency over my health concerns and would work with me as a partner to address these concerns. Dr. Solouki and her staff were professional but personal in their care.
