She is warm, highly intelligent, specialized in just the one area and is an expert, and actually cares about her patients. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and follows up. On first meeting, she may come across as a little gruff, but it's just a formality style. Also, great staff members that work together as a care team. She would be my first choice if I ever needed an infectious disease doctor again.
