Dr. Guyton performed a mastectomy for me in 1993 after I had a cancer diagnosis of DCIS. She performed my second mastectomy which was prophylactic in 1994. She is a wonderful caring physician and extremely skilled. I felt totally secure under her care, was left with perfect fine scar lines and no recurrence. She kept her office open with after hours to see me the day of my cancer diagnosis and drove me to the ferry boat that night because she was worried about me waiting for a bus. When I was having the surgery, just before the anesthesia started, she held my hand and looked me in the eye not saying a word but communicating that she cared about me. She is the ultimate doctor. Thank you Dr. Guyton.
