I am a professional retired nurse from NY over 40yrs. Dr. Burcescu. He is an educator, takes time with his patients,sometimes this causes others to wait, however, I do not mind for it is important to help one in need with mental illness. He stays late if the patient does not get there in time. He always puts the patients needs over his own. He is pleasant with respect. One does not have to be afraid to tell him anything,he does not judge. He is very very knowledgeable, I cannot stress this enough! I hoped you all stay safe!
