I had read some reviews and was a little leery about Dr Faynzilberg's 'bedside manner'. No need to worry at all. He made it clear from the start of the appointment through his questions and demeanor that he followed a certain protocol to get the information he needed about me and problems I was having. If you can patiently follow his lead and save your questions, he gives ample time to address them. I found him quite caring and sincere in wanting to help. He got me an appointment for the following day for a spinal injection. He followed up personally the day after the procedure so check on how things were going.His staff is also excellent. Friendly, helpful and compassionate. I would recommend seeing Dr Faynzilberg if you have pain in any of the areas he specializes in.
