My husband and I have been with Dr Shah for 25 plus years. He is a wonderful, no nonsense doctor. Unfortunately, he was the Dr in a bad procedure situation. I can not see that HE said or mocked anyone, but I do not know about the team that was with him that day. He has never been anything but respectful and straight forward. He did have an amazing staff....however, it changed. And boy did it take a complete downward turn. They don't answer the phone, if after 20 calls and you finally get someone, they have no information and or are of any help.I do not know any details, but I feel like he got the raw end of the deal once all the 'old school' docs left the practice.I don't like seeing negative things about him. Again, he is a great doctor, but his office staff gives him a bad vibe. SO sad he is no longer close by, but happy he isn't dealing with that staff....
