Dr. Tu is very responsive and a good listener. I was in bad shape but he was very calm and right on top of it. He clearly explained what had happened to me and also how to treat it. He stabilized me. He is very kind and patient. He continued to monitor me until he was sure I was stable and ultimately he didn't have to admit me. I especially liked that he spoke clearly and directly to me, unrushed even though he had a lot of patients, until he was sure I understood.
