I must say that this office is incredibly friendly. I want to share my entire experience from start to finish to express how satisfied and grateful I am to have found this place. Unfortunately, my grandmother has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and she was in a state of severe pain. I reached out seeking a Chinese-speaking doctor to facilitate communication for my grandmother and our family. From the moment I called, the experience with the front desk was a breeze. They efficiently gathered her insurance information and medical details. Once they heard about the pancreatic cancer, they prioritized our case, scheduling an appointment for the very next day. Checking in was seamless, with a professional and friendly front desk staff. We provided them with all the necessary information, and despite arriving on time, we were called in within minutes. A very nice young woman took my grandmother’s height and weight, followed by her vital signs. She was soft-spoken and caring, which helped ease my grandmother’s nerves. We waited less than 10 minutes for the doctor, who was well put together, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way my grandmother could understand, taking the time to answer all of my uncle’s questions in detail while ensuring it was simple enough for her to grasp at 94 years old. We left the office with a clear plan, transitioning her to hospice care. Now, she is pain-free and actively engaged in Bible studies, with church members visiting her daily. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Guo and his staff for making this difficult time more tolerable.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
