I am learning this review after an intense day for me and my young adult son. The initial 1hr appointment was not enough for her to dive deep enough. She added a second appointment at the end of her day (no extra charge) and even that went over by 20 min.She took her time to talk to my son to understand his issues, before she started making recommendations. She found the balance between giving my non-minor son some privacy so that he would open up and share, and then invited me and his dad to the discussion about what-to-do-next. She answered all of our questions very systematicly. She also addressed my sons concerns and hesitation speaking to him very directly and truthfully, yet softly and with motherly care. In that 2.5 hours, she was able to get through him in a way that we, as parents, haven't been able to.I feel very optimistic and relieved to see him on a path to recovery, largely influenced by Dr. Juneja
