I have only had Dr. Sonia Kaufmann as my provider/primary care doctor since switching over last year from Kaiser coverage, and she is attentive, knowledgeable, and has a very kind and patient manner. Now in COVID-times, I have had about two virtual visits with her and had no problem in obtaining an asthma medication prescription (without being seen in person just yet), and giving my health history to her in a virtual visit. She has great credentials and I like her well enough to have helped choose her as my spouse's primary care practitioner. She also gave me the very helpful advice that I can obtain mental health services by calling the toll-free number on the back of my Anthem ID card. Finally, Dr. Kaufmann was very accommodating toward me when I asked for an orthopedic referral for some knee pain I'd been having from an old fall injury. Five stars all around!
