I was told by my optometrist to see a medical professional immediately for floaters and flashes. My insurance required me to see one of their Drs., however, I had to leave a message and was told they would return my call within 24 hrs, they did not. I then called this office and was given a self pay appointment first thing the next morning. Amber, the gal that took my call, was extremely helpful and Rachel, that did my initial assessment, was very pleasant and helpful. Then I saw Dr. Pachydaki, and I cannot say enough about how professional yet concerned for me she was. She was very thorough and constantly checked that I was ok and not having any pain with the exam. Then her assistant (I cannot remember his name) escorted me to the desk for checkout and he was also very kind. The gals at the desk as I left were very friendly and I left there knowing that, self pay or not, I will be returning there for care.
