Our experience with Dr. Zaghi was amazing. From my first contact with his office to our last post-op visit, every step was handled perfectly. Each and every person I interacted with by phone or email was helpful, kind and incredibly responsive. We traveled from NY to have our son seen by Dr. Zaghi and returned two months later to have his surgery. There is no question he is the best in his field but what really struck us is his warm, kind bedside manner. He was so patient, answered all our questions and put our minds at ease. To top off the experience, we received a call the first night after our sons surgery from Dr. Zaghi himself. Thankfully he had no issues but if we did I wouldn't have hesitated to contact him at any point. When we went to his office for his first post op visit they had a special surprise for our son that blew us away and made our son SO happy!! If you want the best, go to Dr. Zaghi :)
