Nurses that prepare my port for infusions are courteous, knowledgeable and they take care that there is only minimum pain. They are great. The people that take info and vitals before I see the doctor are very professional and make me feel at ease. Dr. Shao tries to explain everything as best that he can. But when he wears his mask it is even harder to understand what he is saying.
