I was in the hospital recovering from surgery and developed a post-op, catheter complication. Two nurses and another doctor were unable to resolve the issue. It was stressful and uncomfortable and got worse, to the point of being painful. Dr Hill was called to assist. He assessed the situation and decided on a different course of action. He explained the options to me and the reason he chose the particular path that resolved the issue quickly. I'm thankful Dr Hill was available that night and really appreciate that he's highly skilled, plus kind and empathetic.
