I had been through a urologist at another healthcare system in town and another urologist in his office and for some unknown reason, I could not get anyone to address my pain. I even had a CT with contrast but another doctor in his office did a cystoscopy and claimed not to see any bladder stones. Dr. Heller took his time, reviewed the imaging, scheduled a procedure, and removed one stone from my kidney and a multitude of stones from a pouch in my bladder. He is down to earth but you can tell he really likes unusual or difficult cases.
