Patient Reviews
Jul 26, 2024
I had been seeing her for a couple of years. She’s a good doctor, she always wears a mask and talks very softly making it difficult to understand her.Her staff at check in (front desk) Is rude and argumentative. Even though my out of pocket is always met, the front desk wants to insist that I owe a co-pay. I go ahead and pay it (even though I don’t owe it) because she always embarrasses me. I later check insurance and my plan paid 100%. No co-pay due.. The staff just doesn’t want to take the time to verify, they only look at the co-pay amount on my insurance card. They are the only office I go to that does not verify my benefits. So sadly to say I have changed cardiologists.
