Been a patient at an outpatient Rehab facility for a number of years, specializing in Pain Management. When my symptoms grew worse, the lead Dr's staff scheduled a first time consultation with Dr. Stacy Franz at their location where I go. She is friendly, a true medical professional, listens to you, takes her time with you, and offers the options of outpatient medical procedures she performs at the outpatient facility in Lakewood, as well as knee gel injections that actually didn't hurt! I've had ablations, a cortisone injection, & an epidural performed there, and everyone is wonderful there as well. I've had excellent results from these procedures; though over a long period of time, a followup procedure may be needed. I'm so pleased as well as relieved that I have found a place to treat me personally, instead of other places that treat you like 'just a number at a checkout counter'.
