We have been impressed with Dr. Francis since the day we met her. She met us in the hospital hours after our daughter was born and was kind, patient and quick to answer any of our questions. Since then, she has completed numerous complex surgeries with our daughter and we have felt like our daughter has been so taken care of all along the way. Dr. Francis has been such a gift to our family and we are constantly thankful for her!
