The office staff scheduled an emergency appointment today for me 4-18-2024. I was in so much pain and Dr. McDowell's office staff saved me today by allowing me to come in immediately.There's not enough space to type how grateful I am to the office staff and Dr. McDowell. The doctor explained everything to me and helped me through this rough process. The doctor listened to me, she didn't rush me. The doctor is so sweet , caring and awesome!!!!!Dr. McDowell took great care of me today, my mouth was numb, I was confused ,and upset. I had just left another dentist office who couldn't help me. I felt like a family member while sitting in her office and the dentist chair. What an amazing dentist!!!!The doctor talked to me during my entire procedure making sure that I was comfortable and not afraid.Dr. McDowell and her staff are heaven sent! Thanks a million I've found a new dentist office.
