I have been a patient of Dr Pineles for 4 months now. She is patient and kind. She takes as much time as you need to answer your questions, explaining everything in a way that is understandable. I am especially impressed with her rapid communication via email and her interest in my case. Surgery was performed to correct double vision. Her staff is polite and helpful. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in the office. I highly recommend Dr. Pineles.
