Our famnily has seen Dr. Chrozepa for years and have trusted his judgement which is a good balance between proactive and conservative. This time I went to him with concerns of slurred speech. He was able to get me in in 2 days, gave me a referral to the best neuro he knew, based on symptoms of a rare neuromuscular disorder. After my work up with my neuro, I needed surgery. In my pre-op appt, Dr. Chorzepa was very thorough, and did his best to reassure me. As it turned out, I did have a cancerous mass (thymoma) which was surgically removed. I cannot tell you how many people with this disorder (Myasthenia Gravis) and get cannot get a diagnosis by their doctors. His potential diagnosis (later confirmed) likely saved me from a an unknown cancer that would have metastized. You might have to wait longer at his office, but that's because he spends TIME with his patients. I appreciate him so much and highly recommend him as a doctor that listens to and considers each patient.
