Dr. Phillips was instrumental in treating ulcers in my foot that resulted in saving my foot. Recently he made it possible (under an extreme difficult situation) to have my big toe treated. He took time out of his busy schedule to probably have saved my big toe also. He works at the wound clinic and has helped me in past visits. I wish I would have known about Dr. Phillips sooner and I highly recommend him.
