We are first time parents and visited the ER for our newborn as she was having difficulty breathing. Not only was Dr Welch great with our baby he took the time to explain things to us, teach us how to properly use a 'booger sucker' checked her for RSV and helped clear baby's nose, he also gave me time to breastfeed her to make sure she was back to eating okay. He even called us the following night to check in and make sure she was still doing okay and eating okay. Would absolutely recommend. This was the best ER experience I have ever had, and I've had quite a few ER experiences between myself and my family. Would absolutely recommend.
