They are busy, because they are OUTSTANDING! That said, I always seek out Sports Medicine doctors first !! They know pain and how to get you back into your chosen sport OR just “the game of life” with the best options and least drama. Efficient, safe, effective. Just do it. My experience has been for past 10 years of scheduled & safe spinal epidurals for what’s now become age related severe spinal stenosis and some minor, but annoying, damage through my wonderful decades as a weekend warrior - sky diving, body surfing, scuba diving, skiing, mountain climbing, horse show/jumping… whatever. Wouldn’t trade it, but glad to find the Kramer Brother’s (Sten & Warren) as Pain & Reconstructive specialists. Had various safe injections and a “M.I.L.D” procedure ( ask about it! It can help even more, if you are a candidate). Lots of options here until I need to take a more serious medical step. They keep me going!!
