Went to Cincinnati eye Institute as a walk in patient for a reoccurring issue with my left eye I had been dealing with for over three years. In less than an hour I was moved into a same day appointment and Dr. Ma's professionalism and positive attitude were the biggest breaths of fresh air I could have ever asked for. Shortly after examining my eye she was able to provide a full diagnosis of my condition with a detailed explanation in a way that I could understand and relate to. The treatment plan and care provided by her went above and beyond anything I had experienced from three separate previous doctors and in the days that have followed I am pain free and back to a better quality of life. Thank you, Dr Ma.
